WARRANTY
All products have the manufacturer's warranty.
The manufacturer is responsible for the terms and conditions of the warranty as well as for its compliance.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product you received is defective please let us know immediately by e-mail at info@yamahaseascooter.gr or by calling 2810372992.
Aquacenter will contact the manufacturer and replace or repair the product if an error is detected.
The procedure followed by confirmation of replacement of a defective product is as follows:
You can visit us at our headquarters and after finding the manufacturer's fault, we can replace the product on the spot.
Shipping by courier or agency. Pack the product you received and send it to us. We will send you a new one after finding out the problem.
* Shipping costs are NOT borne by the customer.
You should also let us know your request within the next five business days of receipt of the product in accordance with the shipping shipment.
Refunds are not made.
PRODUCT CHANGES
If you want to exchange the product you bought with someone else, the refund can be made in two ways:
Visit our store.
Shipping by courier or agency.
Pack the product you received along with a document stating how to resolve the resulting financial dispute.
Shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer.
A prerequisite for the product to be intact in its original packaging.
We only accept a change if the product you received is packaged (in its original state) and unused.
You should also let us know your request within the next five business days of receipt of the product in accordance with the shipping shipment.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel an order by calling us directly at +30 2810372992, or by sending an e-mail to info@yamahaseascooter.gr.
Let us know about the order code, the date and the person who placed it.
It is a condition that the order has not already been shipped to you.
Otherwise you will need to contact us so that we can offset the resulting financial disputes.
